LAW “ ON PUBLIC BROADCASTING” ADOPTED
The deputies advanced their remarks and proposals on draft law. It was noted to expand preliminaries of the National Bank and reinforce control over the private banks.
Chairman of the board of directors Elman Rustamov expressed gratitude to the deputies for their constructive ideas. He stated that development of the banking system of Azerbaijan depends on trust of the population to the banks, main term of which is raising reliability of the bank, right management and ensuring of the healthy finance. Elman Rustamov assured that their constructive proposals would be taken into account in the process of preparation of the draft law to the third reading.
Then, Chairman of Milli Majlis standing commission for economic policy Sattar Safarov expressed opinion on the draft law.
The Draft “On banks” was put on agenda and adopted in the second reading.
Then, Deputy Rizvan Jabiyev dwelt on significance of the draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On public broadcasting”, which was put on agenda and adopted.
