LAW OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
On introduction of amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On state dues” in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On state policy connected with Azerbaijanis living abroad”, the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic enacts:
1. The Article 15 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On state dues” (Resolves of Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, #12, Article 740; 2002, #12, Article 706; Article 23, #8, Article 428), after the words “Persons without citizenship”, to amend with the words “also living abroad Azerbaijanis recommended for neutralization in Azerbaijan Republic”.
2. The Law comes into effect on the day of promulgation.
