LAW OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
On approval of the European Convention “On prevention of terrorism”
The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic enacts:
1. To approve the signed on 27 January 1977 European Convention “On prevention of terrorism” together with the Statement and proviso of Azerbaijan republic related to the said Convention (text of Statement and proviso enclosed).
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
