On approval of the Agreement “On purchase of equipment and mutual services between the Ministry of defense of Azerbaijan Republic and Ministry of defense of the United States of America” (AJ-US-01)
The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic resolves:
1. To approve the signed on 2 July 2003 in the city of Baku Agreement “On purchase of equipment and mutual services between the Ministry of defense of Azerbaijan Republic and Ministry of defense of the United States of America” (AJ-US-01)
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
