LAW OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT “ON CONTACT LINE OF THE DIVISION OF ADJACENT SEABED OF THE CASPIAN BETWEEN AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC, THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION”
THE MILLI MAJLIS OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC RESOLVES:
1. To approve the signed on 14 May 2003 in the city of Almaty, Agreement “On contact line of the division of adjacent seabed of the Caspian between Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation”.
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
