ON APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT “ ON ENCOURAGEMENT AND MUTUAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND THE GOVERNMENT OF ROMANIA”
MILLI MAJLIS OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN ENACTS
I. The agreement “ On encouragement and mutual protection of investments between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the government of Romania” signed on October 29, 2002 in the city of Baku shall be approved
II. The present Law comes into effect from the day of promulgation.
