MEN OF CULTURE MOURNING
“Our Republic is suffering a heavy loss. I think such a personality and such a wise man will not be in Azerbaijan for long years. Therefore, the loss is very painful.
I promised to President Heydar Aliyev to dedicate a symphony to him. I have worked on it for seven years. I prepared this musical work, titled “Eternity”, to the 80th jubilee of the genius leader. Unfortunately, the jubilee was not held.
Future destiny of the symphony “Eternity” was determined by the president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. The orchestra is ready. I wanted to perform my duty in his presence. But I couldn’t. He has children, grandchildren. In addition, the whole nation has right to listen to this Symphony.
Let Allah rest his soul in peace.
