MERKEL VISITED HUNGARY
German Chancellor Angela Merkel visited Hungary on Tuesday.
While in the capital, Budapest, she met with Hungarian President Laszlo Solyom, Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany and other senior officials.
The talks focused on bilateral relations as well as on a wide range of international issues, including Kosovo status.
The German Chancellor ended her one-day trip with visiting Andrassy University, where she made remarks on Germany-Hungary relations.
