The Milli Majllis deputy Vasadat Azizov has returned from the capital of Czechia, Prague, where he had participated in the workshop organized by the UNDP. He told AzerTag the three-day event was mainly focused on the issues related to establishment of links between electorate and parliamentarians and party functionaries. The UN’s experts informed the workshop participants on the right way of organization of meetings with electorate, the role of deputies in solving regional problems etc. According to Mr. Azizov, the events of this kind have a positive effect upon development of parliamentarism. The workshop was also attended by deputies of CIS parliaments.
