MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS WANT NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT BE WITHIN LEGAL FRAMEWORK
OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs held talks with Armenia leadership in Yerevan, AZERTAC reports citing ITAR-TASS news agency.
Yuriy Merzlakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France) and Matthew Bryza provided information about the results of their talks with Azerbaijani leadership in Baku.
“Our goal is to search for the solution that could satisfy both parties to the conflict. There is the need to secure both parties` consent for the option proposed by them,” said the Russian co-chair.
“We all want at least one conflict to be within the legal framework, and that the solution to be perfect from the legal point of view,” noted Merzlakov.
Russian diplomat pointed out that the next meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia will take place prior to the sitting of OSCE Council of Ministers slated for December this year in Helsinki, Finland.
