On August 12, armed attack was taken against Aliyev Pirgalam Tapdig oglu, 48 years of age, an employee of currency exchange point. The head of the main police department of Baku city, having immediately arrived in the occurrence location General-Lieutenant Maharram Aliyev said to AzerTAj correspondent that approximately at 11 a.m., when Pirgalam Aliyev, who carried the bag with money inside with him to work was attacked near the building of the Ministry of Health. The offender shot from homemade pistol ‘Makarov’ and took away the bag. Despite that Pirgalam Aliyev was injured, he managed to snatched the bag away. The offender laid down pistol at spot and escaped.
