MODERN LIBRARIES & THEIR TASKS SEMINAR TO BE HELD
A three-day seminar ‘Modern libraries and their tasks’ in the frames of the program of the Republican State Library’s educational center under the Open Society Institute Assistance Fund’s support will be held in Ismayilli region, between September 24 and 26.
Governmental libraries in Azerbaijan and other countries, their vital problems and tasks will be discussed at the seminar. The function will be conducted by the employers of the State library, who trained in skill raising centers on library science and information of the South Caucasian countries.
‘Ways of libraries financing’, ‘Library legislation and normative documents’ ‘ Library fund protection’ topics will be mainly discussed at the seminar.
