NAPLES MEETING OF FOREIGN MINISTERS ENDED
Certain agreement in the common European defense problem was reached at the meeting of the foreign ministers of 25 European countries in Naples. At a 2-day forum, three strongest countries of Europe – Germany, France and Great Britain have agreed on the item.
As stated, there was also discord in the views of the foreign ministers. Foreign ministers of France and Germany have supported the idea to create a Headquarters of the common European armed forces not dependent from NATO, while Great Britain and some other European countries said it would worry Washington.
There was a deep discord in the views among the foreign ministers to create Constitution of the renewed Europe. Acting chairman of the European Union called on the Naples meeting participants to put an end to disagreements so that they could regulate other constrictions at the coming 12-13 December meeting in Brussels.
