North China mountain fire kills 5

Five people died and one was injured in a fire in a mountainous area in north China's Hebei Province, local authorities said Friday, according to Xinhua.
The fire broke out at 3:26 p.m. on Thursday in Pingdingyu Village under Haigang District in Qinhuangdao City. Five people were killed and another one was seriously injured, according to the district government.
Rescuers rushed to the scene immediately and the fire has been extinguished.
The cause of the fire is under investigation and suspects have been detained by police.
