NOT FORGETTING NATIVE VILLAGE AND IDPs

It is the third year that a native of Gulluk village of Gakh region of Azerbaijan Iskandar Khasratov is the chief of repairing and construction department in the Central district of Saint-Petersburg. A 36-year old Azerbaijani gained respect in the city, where he received higher education and has been living for already 15 years.

I. Khasratov having arrived to his native village in summer, visited the families of IDPs temporarily settled here and rendered them financial aid
