OMBUDSMAN MET WITH OSCE REPRESENTATIVE
Ombudsman of Azerbaijan Ms. Elmira Suleymanova met with Peter Archer, head of the OSCE mission to observe presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
The Ombudsman informed the guests on the works done in the field of conduction of free, equal and democratic elections in the Country, on explanation of election rights and appropriate legal enlightenment. She also confirmed participation of the convicted at the elections.
Staff members of the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan will be at numerous election points and observe voting process, Ms. Suleymanova said.
Mr. Peter Archer wished the coming presidential elections to be democratic and objective.
