OPEC countries discuss Cooperation Charter

Non-OPEC High level meeting on the Charter of Cooperation has been held at the OPEC Secretariat in Vienna, Austria, Azerbaijan’s Energy Ministry said.
Azerbaijan was represented at the meeting by adviser to the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Esmira Jafarova. The meeting participants discussed the “Cooperation Charter of the oil-producing countries”, made certain proposals, stressed the necessity of signing the Charter at the extraordinary meeting of OPEC+ ministers and finalize the processes till April.
