OSCE PA adopts Helsinki Declaration

Baku, July 9 AZERTAC 

The Helsinki Declaration was adopted during the plenary session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly`s summer session.

The Armenian delegation voted against the document. They protesed against the 4th paragraph of the Declaration, which features respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the OSCE member states, as well as stresses the importance of increasing efforts toward the earliest resolution of the protracted conflicts.

The Azerbaijani delegation voted in favor of the Declaration.
