PACE COMMITTEE ON MIGRATION, REFUGEES AND POPULATION HOLDS REGULAR SESSION

PACE The Committee on Migration, Refugees and Population of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe held regular session on 21 March. Members of the Azerbaijan Parliament Gultekin Hajiyeva and Aydin Mirzazade took part at the event.

The parliamentarians have exchanged views on plight of the Turkish migrants in Europe, coverage in media of the issues of missing people, refugees, migrants and seeking asylum in the South Caucasus republics, and other questions, Ms. Hajieva said.

The delegation of Azerbaijan informed the parliamentarians on the issues connected to the Azerbaijanis missed as a result of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
