Part of the measures, conducted in the course of implementation of ‘State Program on Poverty Reduction and Economic Development’, is directed to the enlightenment of population in this field. With this purpose, the Program is published in mass edition, recorded to discs and cassettes. As AzerTAj was informed in the Secretariat of the ‘State Program on Poverty Reduction and Economic Development’ under the Ministry of Economic Development, stands with books, discs and cassettes, dedicated to the program, are opened in the Republican Library in Baku and in the Central libraries in Barda and Ganja cities of Azerbaijan. These materials have also been sent to the various local and international organizations. The activities are financed by the international organization OXFAM.
