Prague to host CzechBus 2013 fair
Baku, November 13 (AZERTAC). Slovak company Incheba is holding a Central European bus fair, CzechBus 2013 in Prague, November 14 to 16. The third year of the event will again take place at the Prague Exhibition Grounds Holesovice, Prague. The first two days are intended for professionals, and the third day for the public.
There will be over 40 buses, including 14 Czech premieres, exhibited at this bus, public transport, and garage and service equipment fair. The exhibition area of 8,100 m2 will host 18 buses brands of leading Czech and foreign manufacturers. The event will present buses of all sizes.
The fair is designed especially for professionals in the field of public transport. In the past two years the visitors included leaders of the vast majority of transport companies and haulers, transport department employees of regions and cities, especially from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also technicians and other experts in the field of garage equipment.
The fair has three basic sections: Bus producers, Manufacturers of components for buses, and Car repair shop for service and garage equipment. There will be nearly 20 prestigious brands of buses, midibuses and minibuses, such as Iveco Bus, SOR, Solaris + Skoda Electric, MAN, Volvo, Evobus (Mercedes-Benz, Setra), Scania, Yutong, Turancar - Isuzu, SKD Trade, KHMC (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter), Buzola Bus Design (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Otokar), Rosero-P (First), SprintCar Bus (SprintCar).
Among the exhibits will be the Skoda-Solaris electric bus, Solaris bus with CNG drive, SOR EBN 8 electric bus, SOR bus with CNG drive. SKD Trade will introduce an electric midibus.
In the area of manufacturers of components, service and garage equipment, there will be companies Miteral, Maha Consulting, AD Technik, Autotech-VT, Webasto, Audol, GET Automotive, Eberspacher, ADIP, Bustec, Herrman, Enatruck, Inzertbus, AZ dekorace, AnviTrade, CIEB Kahovec, Ster, Molpir.
Apart from the exhibits, the fair will offer a professional accompanying program, too. “The all-day conference ‘Public Transport Online’, prepared by the Intelligent Transport Systems & Services (ADT), is traditionally very popular. Employees of the technical management of transport enterprises and carriers will certainly be interested in a workshop dedicated to the operation and servicing of buses with automatic transmissions, organized by the Association of Transport Companies of the Czech Republic (SDP-CR), where the representatives of Pakra-ZF, Voith Turbo and Nimda-Allison and also, the Prague Public Transit Company will be speaking. Two workshops, one for dispatchers of carriers and one for students of transport high schools, are prepared by the Service Centre for Road Transport (Centrum sluzeb pro silnicni dopravu). Another seminar will be presented by the Transport Research Centre. Lectures and workshops within the Day of Garage Equipment will be held under the auspices of the magazine AutoExpert on Friday, November 15,” said Jan Novotny, supervisor of the project CzechBus.
