Governed by Article 109, Paragraph 24 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev issued Executive Order On Conferring High Special Ranks upon Officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, 30 June.

On the same day, President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev issued Executive Order On Conferring the Order “Azerbaijan Flag” upon a Group of Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic for bravery and courage displayed in the fight against criminality and providing security and maintenance of the public order.
