Seminar organized by Ministry of Health and World Health Organization with the participation of the experts of WHO, UNICEF, WB, the “Health Action International Europe” (HAI), physicians from different regions of the country, commenced in Hyatt Regency hotel, on March 29.

Main aim of the seminar is to determine priority directions of cooperation between the Ministry of Health and international organizations. A ten-year program of cooperation will be prepared on the base of proposals and appraisal of the reforms carried out in the field of health.

Addressing the participants, Minister of Health Ali Insanov dwelt on reforms carried out in the field of health, successes achieved in the field of elimination of some infectious disease. He expressed gratitude to WHO, World Bank for attention to Azerbaijan medicine and financing of the projects related to health protection.
