RESOLUTION OF THE MILLI MAJLIS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC ON APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Under the paragraph 10 of the first part of Article 95 and the second part of the Article 130 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, on the basis of representation of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic resolves:
To appoint Fikret Nagi oglu Babayev, Rovshan Rahim oglu Ismayilov, Jeyhun Yasinali oglu Garajayev, Rafael Sergeyevich Gvaladze, Sona Sadikh gizi Salmanova, Kamran Rauf oglu Shafiyev as judges of the Constitutional Court of the Azerbaijan Republic.
