‘Role of Caspian energy recourses will increase in ensuring energy security of Europe’
Baku, April 18 (AZERTAC). The role of Caspian energy recourses will increase in ensuring energy security of Europe, former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Mirek Topolánek said Monday at the fifth Caspian Oil and Gas Transport and Trading Conference.
Topolánek noted the ongoing developments in North Africa will increase the importance of Caspian and Central Asian regions in energy security of Europe.
According to Topolánek, though alternative energy sources are developing, carbohydrogen resources will remain the main energy source in the near future.
