RUSSIA REGULATES MIGRATION PROCESSES IN COUNTRY
Russia toughens control on migration processes, and to this end, the Russian parliamentarians made amendments in the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the code of administrative offences concerning migration relations, correspondent of AzerTAj reported. The Draft “On introduction and amendments in the Code of RF on administrative offences” stipulates strengthening of administrative liability for migration offences, as well as establishes administrative for foreign people and people without citizenship for illegal staying in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Recently, the State Duma of RF in the third reading has adopted the Code strengthening liability for offences in the field of migration relations, whereby, it is stipulated application of sanctions relate to the people violating rules of registration for staying in the country. The sanctions, in particular, apply to rise of amount of administrative fine for the citizens of RF, living without IC, or, without registration of residence, and for the foreign citizens, violating the established norms. Along with this, it is reduced the term of consideration by the courts deals on administrative offences, which cause expulsion from the country.
