SECOND FORUM OF AZERI STUDENTS COMMENCES IN BRUSSELS
Second Forum of the Azeri students educating in Europe commenced in Brussels, 14 May, the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad said.
In Forum taken place at the European Parliament’s building, attending is the minister of youth and sports of Azerbaijan Azad Rahimov, heads of the Azeri representations at the European Union (EU) and the Council of Europe Emin Eyyubov and Arif Mammadov, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby and other officials, as well as representatives of Azerbaijani youth organizations form Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijani students’ exchange of views is a significant event, E. Eyyubov stressed. EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Mr. Semneby also highly estimated activation of the Azerbaijani students in Europe. He noted expansion of co-op between Azerbaijan and EU, stressing special role of Azerbaijani students in this.
The 3-day Forum will include meetings, conferences, numerous workshops in European Parliament and NATO.
