Senegalese delegation explores “ASAN Khidmet” experience

A Senegalese delegation led by Olivier Boucal, Minister of Public Service and Public Service Reform, visited Victory Park and the Alley of Martyrs in Baku, where they paid tribute to Azerbaijani martyrs who gave their lives for the country’s freedom and sovereignty.
The visit, undertaken at the invitation of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, included familiarization with the operations of the “ASAN Khidmet” center, the 108 Call Center, and ASAN Radio/TV.
Members of the delegation received presentations from various structural divisions of the State Agency.
As part of the program, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on June 3. The document outlines cooperation in applying the “ASAN Khidmet” model in Senegal, enabling internship opportunities for Senegalese civil servants at the ASAN centers, and promoting the exchange of expertise in public service delivery.
The visit of the Senegalese delegation to Azerbaijan has concluded.
