SEPTEMBER 6-7 DECLARED MOURNING DAYS IN RUSSIA
As correspondent of AzerTAj reports from Moscow, on the Decree of President V. Putin in connection with death of citizens as a result of the act of terrorism in Beslan, Northern Ossetia, September 6-7 have been declared in Russia the days of mourning.
“In the days of mourning, it is stated in the Decree, in all the territory of the country the national flags of the Russian Federation will be lowered to half-mast. The government of the Russian Federation together with governmental bodies of the Russian Federation is to take necessary measures on rendering assistance to families of victims. The establishments of culture and broadcasting companies will cancel in days of mourning entertaining actions and broadcasting”.
It is necessary to note that together with the Russian people all world grieves, all states without exception express support and solidarity with the Russian management, offer assistance. Among those who one of the first has supported Russia in these tragic days, and was Azerbaijan. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in a special message has expressed Vladimir Putin words of support, having noted, “in these tragic minutes we share your sorrow, express to You, all the friendly Russian people our solidarity, once again we declare about our complete support of combat against terrorism”.
