SIGNING OF AZERBAIJAN-BULGARIA DOCUMENTS
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov have signed joint Declaration.
The joint Declaration on creation of twin-cities relations between Sheki (Azerbaijan Republic) and Gabrovo (Bulgaria), have signed head of the Sheki executive power Nazim Ibrahimov and on the Bulgarian side – head of the Gabrovo executive power Bogomil Belchev.
Director General of Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAj) Aslan Aslanov and Director General of Bulgaria State Telegraph Agency Maksim Minchev have signed agreement of cooperation.
The agreement between Azerbaijani Republic and the Republic of Bulgaria on cooperation in the field of health and medical sciences, have signed Ali Insanov (Azerbaijan) and deputy health minister of Bulgaria Lyubomir Kumanov, the agreement on encouragement and mutual protection of investments – the minister of economic development Farhad Aliyev (Azerbaijan) and the deputy Prime Minister, minister of transport and communications Nikolay Vasilyev.
Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic Abid Sharifov and Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria Nikolay Vasilyev signed the protocol of meeting of the Azerbaijan-Bulgaria Inter-governmental Commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation, the Agreement on trade shipping and on international combined cargoes.
At the ceremony of signing of the documents, present were the head of the President Administration of Azerbaijan Republic Ramiz Mehdiyev, deputy chairman of Parliament Ziyafet Askerov, deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov, ambassador of Bulgaria to Azerbaijan Ivan Palchev, ministers, ambassadors, members of the delegation of Bulgaria.
