Sofia to Host Real Estate Business Forum

The first in this year's series of Real Estate Business Forums, organized by the real estate portal imoti.net, opens at Inter Expo Center Wednesday afternoon, according to the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA).
The first discussion panel will focus on transformations in architectural heritage. It will present plans for the preservation and protection of Sofia's cultural heritage in the context of the city's rapid modern development.
The second panel, dedicated to the new identity in the real estate business, will bring together representatives of real estate agencies to discuss changes in buyer behaviour and in property supply and demand, transaction trends and developments in digital marketing.
A third panel is dedicated to the regulation of real estate brokerage transactions. Representatives of the National Real Estate Association, who prepared and proposed a bill on regulation last summer, will participate in the discussion along with other industry experts.
Business forums mottoed "Transformations" will also take place in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo.
