STATE BUDGET FOR 2005 APPROVED
Chairman of Milli Majlis Murtuz Aleskerov has told: “During discussion of the project of the budget for the next year, deputies have put forward before the government questions on a number of problems and have made offers in connection with their solution. The government considered some from these offers”.
Minister of Finance Avez Alekberov informed on made amendments.
In view of offers, a number of changes have been brought in the state budget for 2006. So, incomes of the state budget have been reduced by 2 million mantas and established in volume of 3406,3 million manats, charges were increased by 28 million mantas and established in volume of 3594,3 million mantas, the budget deficiency is increased on 30 million mantas and determined at the level of 188 million manats or 1,3 percent of GDP. Also was considered expedient the increase in budget deficiency at 30 million manats due to release of bonds of the short-term state loan. The project also provides reduction by 2 million manats of the dividends received at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.
In the basic financial document, are thoroughly increased the sum of charges on indexation of contributions, development of Diaspora and other spheres.
Then, the bill “On state budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2006” and other bills included in the budgetary package have been put on voting and approved.
