TENANTS BEING BOLSTERED
Necessary steps to make things right after the collapse of building in Lankaran on January 29 are being taken.
The 90-apartment building, which was in emergency situation, was pulled down, Lankaran Executive Power said. The authorities are doing their best to tackle social problems of tenants temporarily settled in various places and to pay indemnities to them.
18 people of 28 tenants injured are being treated in the central district hospital of Lankaran, while 3 people – in Baku. Health of Tarana Gambarova and Maleyka Aslanova taken out of ruins is satisfactory.
Until now, 35 apartment houses, 78 medical and 52 cultural have been examined.
