The weighted average exchange prices made up 4901,81 manats for 1 US dollar in the Baku Interbank Currency Exchange on August 6.

In the morning, the volume of deals closed by two banks was $200 000. The new session opening exchange rate was 4902 manats. At the call of $180 000 thousand and offer of $200 000 manat exchange rate dropped 1 point to 4903.

According the results of the voice trading, the price for American currency appeared in the bank proposals in the electronic system of trades BEST was limited by 4901,76 manats for 1 US dollar. On USD/AZM T+0 instrument in BEST, the volume of 4 mln 833 thousand dollars was fixed, which in manats equivalent turned up 23,690 billion. The average cost of one deal was $483 300 thousand. On USD/AZM T+1, T+0 instrument in BEST, no deals were closed because of lack of demand.

Deals were not made on instrument RUR/AZM, EUR/AZM.

In the inter-bank credit market functioning in the framework of BEST, the banks have applied for placing manats credits to total amount of 35,852 billion manats.

No deals on credit instrument between the banks were on August 6.
