The weighted average exchange prices made up 4902,43 manats for 1 US dollar in the Baku Interbank Currency Exchange on August 27.

The average-weighted dollar exchange rate was 4903,08 AZM/USD at the morning session on US currency today in the BEST (Bourse E-system of trades). The volume of deals closed by the banks totaled $400 thousand. Manat exchange rate dropped 0,92 points to 4904,00 for 1 US dollar.

In the afternoon session, the volume of 5 million 600 thousand was fixed. Thus, the weighted average exchange rate was 4902,32 manats.

Thus, the volume of trades for both sessions totaled $6 million, which in manat equivavalent turned up 29,415 billion. The average cost of one deal was $1 200 000. On USD/AZM T+1, T+2 instrument in BEST, no deals were closed because of lack of demand.

Deals were not made on instrument RUR/AZM, EUR/AZM.

In the inter-bank credit market functioning in the framework of BEST, the banks have applied for placing manats credits to total amount of 35,863 billion manats.

No deals on credit instrument between the banks were on August 27.
