TURKEY BACKS AZERBAIJAN’S CANDIDACY FOR HOSTING OF 16TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF EUROPEAN FAIR PLAY MOVEMENT
Turkey has supported Azerbaijan’s candidacy for hosting of the 16th General Assembly of the European Fair Play Movement (EFPM) in 2008, Erdogan Aripinar, a Secretary of the Turkish National Olympic Committee told journalists.
Candidacy of Azerbaijan was registered at the EFPM’s 12th Assembly in Udinese, Italy, which also decided on gathering next time in Frankfurt, Germany.
The European Fair Play Movement is a non-governmental Association founded with the aim to promote Fair Play and Tolerance in sports and everyday life at European level.
