Vice-president of Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee elected as president of Fair Play Development Center

Vice-president of the National Olympic Committee (NOC), Chairman of the Azerbaijan Fair Play Commission Khazar Isayev has been elected as president of the Fair Play Development Center of International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) at the CIFP Executive Committee’s meeting held in Budapest.
The decision on establishment of the Fair Play Development Center of the International Fair Play Committee in Baku came as an initiative of the CIFP Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee members unanimously elected Vice-president of Azerbaijan NOC Khazar Isayev as president of the CIFP Fair Play Development Center, consisting of 9 member states (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Iran) .
The Executive Committee also decided to conduct the World Fair Play Award Ceremony for rewarding the distinguished athletes according to the results of the CIFP for 2017 within the World Judo Championship to be held in Azerbaijan on September 20-27.
