VOLUME AND COST OF EXPORT GAS TO BE DEFINED DURING NEGOTIATIONS
The volume and cost of the gas exported from Russia to Azerbaijan next year will be established late December, SOCAR said. To this end, the Russian “Gasexport” has addressed State Oil Company of Azerbaijan. According to the contract sealed in December last year, Gazexport current year had to supply to Azerbaijan gas at 60 dollars per thousands cubic meters, and the next year 5, 5 billion cubic meters of gas at 61 dollars. It has to be noted that the Russian Company stated to sell gas to the CIS countries, including Azerbaijan in the coming year on increased prices.
