WAR CRIMINAL GETS WHAT HE DESERVERS
Former general from Bosnia and Herzegovina, war criminal Radislav Krstic was found guilty of genocide, war crimes and outrage on humanity and sentenced to 35-years imprisonment by the International War Crimes Tribunal in Hague, AzerTAj Berlin-based correspondent reports.
International Tribunal proved the fact of genocide brutally committed by this criminal against 7000 ethnic Muslims in 1995 in the Bosnian city of Srebrenica.
Earlier, the Hague Tribunal sentenced war criminal as a genocide leader to 46 years in prison in August 2001. At the second trial conducted on April 19 in accordance with the appeal of criminal’s lawyers, the International Tribunal changed the definition “genocide organizer” to “active genocide participant” and commuted his sentence to 35 years in prison.
