WOMEN’S PARTICIPATION AT ELECTIONS DISCUSSED

The first stage of seminars and trainings regarding gender matters and elections initiated by the Eurasia Fund was wrapped up in certain provinces of Azerbaijan.

The trainings revolved around gender factor in the active participation of women in the upcoming municipality and parliamentary elections.

The collection of articles under the title “Gender factor and elections” is being prepared. The collection will include articles concerning women’s participation in the elections and polls results conducted at the seminars.
