WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM STARTED IN DAVOS
The traditional, 35th, World Economic Forum started in the Swiss city Davos. As is informed, more than 2300 heads and representatives of political and economic circles of world, including 14 heads of state and governments and 60 ministers are attending the action.
Federal Chancellor of Germany Ms. Angela Merkel announced the Forum open.
The conferee will focus on along with the issues of development of world economic relations, also the problems of expansion of trade links among the countries and rendering each other economic assistance, combating jointly against unemployment, famine and poverty, world support for development and progress of economy, industry in China and India, including the most acute problem of world economy - regulation of power and energy carriers.
