Baku, December 7, AZERTAC
A court in Turkey has accepted the prosecution’s indictment concerning the murder of Russian Ambassador to Ankara Andrei Karlov, Turkey’s Hurriyet newspaper reported on Friday.
According to the newspaper, the trial in the case will start on January 8, 2019.
Russia’s Ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov was gunned down on December 19, 2016, while delivering a speech at a photo exhibition.
