The first official information on the course of the voting has been announced.

Chief of the Seckiler Information Center of the Central Election Commission Secretariat Farid Orujov said early reports suggest that 994,196 people have already cast their ballots as of 10.00, which means 18.71% of the total number of eligible voters across the country.
