Baku, April 17, AZERTAC
“Yesterday, we held extensive discussions. A protocol of the Intergovernmental Commission was prepared, and additional opportunities were explored to expand Azerbaijan-Russia trade turnover and investment ties within the framework of the commission. Measures were identified to broaden these relations, and the necessary instructions were given accordingly,” Shahin Mustafayev, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan told journalists.
“The governments of Azerbaijan and Russia are interested in developing these relations. This interest is linked to the political will of the presidents of both countries and is being implemented in line with their instructions. Yesterday and today, we also emphasized that business circles must take advantage of the conditions created by the governments. Together, we called on entrepreneurs to be more active and to make more effective use of the broad potential in Azerbaijan-Russia economic relations,” Mustafayev added.
