AZERBAIJAN, OSCE: CONSTRUCTIVE CO-OP TO BE CONTINUED
On 5 January, the head of the Azerbaijan parliamentary delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Samad Seyidov held a news conference.
Mr. Seyidov informed on fulfillment by Azerbaijan its obligations before the Council of Europe and on conclusions of the winter session of PACE.
As Samad Seyidov stated, in PACE resolution connected with Azerbaijan, the aggression of Armenia was once again in the focus and Armenia was named as “an aggressive state”. This became possible thanks to activity of the Azerbaijani delegation at PACE that was created by the incumbent president Ilham Aliyev, Mr. Seyidov stressed.
Azerbaijan has fulfilled greater part of the obligations it took before the council of Europe and this work is carried out within schedule. The country will continue its constructive cooperation with this Organization, the deputy emphasized.
