Tourism opportunities in Azerbaijan are displayed in various international tourism exhibitions. According to the Main Tourism Department of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Ministry’s pavilions and travel agencies “Vahid S” presented in Kiev at the 10th international tourism exhibition “Ukraine-2003” attracted a special attention of the visitors who were interested in Azerbaijan nature and rapidly developing tourism infrastructure.

It was the first time that Azerbaijan participated in the exhibition attended by 700 companies from over 40 world’s countries. At the closing ceremony, leader of the state tourism administration of Ukraine Valeriy Zibukh presented a diploma to Azerbaijani delegation “For Active Participation in the Exhibition “Ukraine-2003”.

At the exhibition to be held in Tashkent on October 21-23, Azerbaijan will be represented by travel agency “Elvin”. In addition, at present active preparation works is going on for the London exhibition to be held November 10-13. Azerbaijan will participate in this exhibition for the third time.
