Armenian armed forces fire rockets on Ganja in violation of humanitarian ceasefire

On October 11, 2020, at around 2 AM midnight, the Armenian troops fired rockets on Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan that is fully outside of the battlefield, in rude violation of humanitarian ceasefire. As a result, the rocket hitting the apartment building ruined it fully, and the residents of the apartment building remained under rubble.
The relevant forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations involved in the scene immediately, rescued 17 injured people and removed 7 corpses from under the ruins heretofore.
33 personnel and 3 machineries of the Ganja Regional Centre, 25 personnel, 3 machineries and 5 specially trained dogs of the Special Risky Rescue Service, 48 personnel and 2 machineries of the Civil Defence Forces, 21 personnel and 3 machineries of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were involved in the scene. Currently the rescue operations are underway.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations operates in an enhanced mode at the moment and asks to immediately call the “112” hotline of the Ministry in case of any emergency.
