Azerbaijan Technological University, Belarus Polotsk State University ink memo of collaboration

The Azerbaijan Technological University and Belarusian Polotsk State University have signed a memorandum of collaboration.

Speaking at the online meeting, acting rector of the Azerbaijan Technological University Yashar Omarov and rector of Polotsk State University Yuri Romanovsky provided information about both universities’ capabilities.

Then, they discussed the possibilities of expanding mutual cooperation, made relevant proposals and recommendations.

The Polotsk State University is one of the oldest educational institutions in Belarus.
