    ‘Azerbaijan-Turkey-Georgia defense cooperation contributes to security and peace’

    Batumi, May 23, AZERTAC

    "Our cooperation in the field of defense contributes to strengthening security, to peace and to economic development,” Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov has told a press conference following a trilateral meeting with his Turkish and Georgian counterparts in Batumi.

    He said they discussed military-political situation in the region as well as regional security issues, and also exchanged views over prospects for trilateral military cooperation.
