Azerbaijani citizens start voting in referendum at Embassy in Moscow

Azerbaijani citizens living in Russia have started voting in a referendum on amendments to Azerbaijan's Constitution at a polling station set up at the country's Embassy in Moscow.
Counselor of the Azerbaijani Embassy, chairman of the constituency Aghalar Atamoglanov said 1,500 Azerbaijani citizens eligible to vote were registered at the Embassy.
All conditions have been created at the Embassy to ensure a free and transparent referendum.
The voting ends at 19.00 Moscow time.
Polling stations opened in the Russian cities of St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg too, with 956 and 200 voters registered respectively.
